Scales and other weighing technologies are used in many of our machines: as weighing platforms in a dosing system, as checkweighers
or as bench scales. The measuring ranges cover the gram range for weighing berries through to truck scales with a maximum weight of up to several tonnes.
The Check-8 weighing line has 2 x 4 weighing systems, each with its own weighing belt and weighing display. This allows up to 8 trays to be checked for target weight simultaneously by just one person and corrected by adding or removing products.
The trays are fed to the weighing belts via 2 feed belts.
The respective weight displays consist of an LED strip with 16 colour LEDs each for a traffic light-like display of underweight, target weight and overweight, which allows quick checking and correction processes.
The berries picked in the field are collected in trays, several trays are packed into larger boxes and taken to the field scales to record the quantity. One of the possible variants for this is a field scale, permanently mounted on a trailer. The crates are conveyed to the field scale - in the form of a belt scale - on a conveyor belt, where they are weighed and all the necessary data recorded. From the belt weigher, the crate is transferred directly to a cross conveyor and from there to a roller conveyor for further processing.

The KW300 table scale has a separate LED display unit. Its traffic light design enables the weighing results to be recognised within seconds. The red/yellow/green colour sequence immediately indicates underweighing, overweighing and target weighing. The current weight is also displayed, colour-coded according to the weight range.
Both units can be used free-standing or integrated into weighing tables.
