With our dosing systems, we provide a variety of machines and equipment units that can be modularly assembled with individual components according to individual requirements. The systems are designed for weighing and packaging processes for smaller types of fruit and vegetables: blueberries, gooseberries, cherries, tomatoes.
There is a choice of entry-level models with one weighing arm, larger units with two or four weighing arms and the largest of our filling machines,
the ADS 200/8 with eight weighing arms.
The ADS 200/1 TRW dosing system is designed for weighing small quantities of berries. All work steps from feeding the empty trays to removing the trays after filling can be carried out by just one person thanks to the compact design.
The ADS 200/1 TRW can operate as a stand-alone system. It can also be extended by connecting a cleaning and/or inspection conveyor upstream.
The ADS 200/4 dosing system is a dosing system with 4 dosing arms, in which the empty trays are fed on a tray conveyor. It is designed for weighing large quantities of berries. Four trays are filled simultaneously and then moved on to downstream components such as the buffer table or lid conveyor.
In addition to the 4-head version, we also offer a 2-head and an 8-head version!
The ADS 200/4 should be installed as part of a complete packaging line with upstream cleaning/inspection belts and with a downstream buffer table or continuing curved and/or lid conveyor.
The ADS 200/8 dosing system is our 8-head model designed for fast and precise filling of trays. With eight parallel dosing arms, eight trays can be filled simultaneously – ideal for an efficient packaging process with higher throughput rates.
The sensor-controlled feed system distributes the berries evenly across the eight dosing arms. A specially shaped shut-off valve ensures a high degree of filling accuracy. The tool-free width adjustment allows flexible adaptation to tray widths ranging from 80 to 170 mm.
The tray conveyor is designed for a wide range of different tray shapes and sizes and ensures reliable feeding and discharge of the trays. The ADS 200/8 can therefore be flexibly integrated into a complete packaging line.
In addition to the 8-head version, we also offer a 2-head and a 4-head version!
This ADS 80/2-head dosing system is ideal for filling baskets and crates with up to 5 kg of berries. A proximity switch triggers simultaneous filling by the 2 dosing heads when a punnet or crate is placed on the weighing platform.
The hopper of the system can be filled manually with berries or by an upstream conveyor belt, in which case an electronic full indicator prevents the hopper from being overfilled.
The bagging scales can be used to weigh potatoes, carrots or similar products into sacks or bags. The product is deposited into a weighing container via a conveyor belt. Once the desired filling quantity has been reached, the conveyor belt stops and the container opens by means of a proximity switch and fills into the sacks or bags provided.
The bagging scales are available in two sizes: up to 12.5 kg (KRD 250) and up to 25 kg (KRD 300)
