The ADS 70/8 dosing system is a system with eight dosing arms in carousel form. This arrangement enables compact installation. It is designed for weighing large quantities of berries. The empty trays fed on a tray conveyor are filled during a carousel rotation and then transferred to the downstream tray discharge conveyor.
The ADS 70/8 is installed as the central component of a complete packaging line. The upstream inspection belt can be connected to the carousel from different angles, depending on the space available on site.
When changing tray sizes, parts of the tray guide and the entire carousel are automatically adjusted to the height of the current tray.
